Clarity is an AI brand strategist for founders, creators, and micro agencies. We are looking for a Community and Moderation Lead who can turn curiosity into a kind, useful, and active community. You will welcome new members, create simple rituals that drive first wins, and keep conversations safe and on track.
The Work

Welcome new users and guide them to a first win

Create simple weekly rituals and prompts that encourage sharing and progress

Moderate channels with clear, fair rules and healthy boundaries

Collect feedback, tag themes, and share concise insights with product and content

Publish short community updates and wins across our channels

Host light touch live moments such as office hours or show and tell

Keep the knowledge base tidy and easy to search
You might be
-
A community manager or creator who has grown a kind, active space online
-
Comfortable setting rules and enforcing them with empathy
-
Calm in tense moments and clear in how you communicate
-
Curious about product and able to translate feedback into simple notes
Essentials
-
Examples of communities you have built or moderated
-
Strong written English and a warm, direct tone
-
Platform experience such as Discord, Slack, Circle, or Reddit
-
Basic analytics literacy so you can track simple health signals
Nice to have

Experience designing light onboarding journeys or first week checklists
-
Basic video or audio comfort for live office hours
-
Familiarity with short form content to amplify community wins
Hours & pay
-
Contract initial term 6 month with the option to extend or convert for the right person.

10 to 20 hours per week to start. Pay AU$60 to AU$95 per hour or AU$480 to AU$760 per day, based on experience and portfolio.
